LEVEL is famous for their KEIRIN bicycles, which is hand crafted one by one and tailored by Matsuda-san to suit each racing athlete. That same craftsmanship and design will go into each ordered custom built frames for the hobby cyclists as well.

Hi, my current goal in life is to own and race a Level frame, I have e-mailed Level once ( in english ) but with no reply so I am searching the internet to find out some way of having a frame built for me. If you could offer me any advice I would be very very grateful.

Among the many frame builders in Japan, LEVEL is pretty famous for it's quality. Good choice.
