2009年から約10年間活躍してくれたiRobot製Roomba560が不調になったので、AmazonのCyber Monday Saleを利用して新調することに。
何度か不具合が起きるたびに修理に出して使い続けてきたものの、いよいよウンともスンとも言わなくなりそろそろ寿命と判断。
今度のRoombaはWiFi対応でスマホから操作ができる上にスマートスピーカーにも対応しているらしい。
かくして今年の我が家のクリスマスプレゼントは新しいRoombaとなった。
「Roomba、掃除しろ！」と声を掛けるのが楽しみだ。

The Roomba 560 I've benn using for nine years have finally given up on me. Several times sent out for maintenance and repairs coming back fixed, but I think it's fulfilled it's duty well enough.
Used Amazon's Cycler Monday Sale to order the Roomba 691 as the successor, equipped with WiFi and smart speaker support.
Can't wait to yell to it "Go clean the house !"
